San Cristobal de la Habana was the original name of Havana, Cuba’s capital city when it was first founded in 1519. San Cristobal de la Habana cigars were then introduced in 1999 as a tribute to the city’s beautiful history.
At first, the brand only released 4 vitolas and since 2004, 3 new sizes were added, all named after the City’s well-known fortresses and streets. All of these cigars are made entirely by hand, blended with long filler tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo region in Cuba, one of the most premium tobacco fields in the world today.
Medium to full-bodied that burns evenly and consistently. Imparting a toasted nuttiness and caramel sweetness with a touch of spice and a lingering floral finish. Beautifully intense aftertaste towards the last third, a moment to remember.
